The ServiceScaler Agent is a tool that allows ServiceScaler engineers to manage and monitor devices including servers, computers and networks that are covered by an IT services agreement.
ServiceScaler Connect is a tool that allows ServiceScaler engineers to assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with your computer by viewing the screen and controlling the mouse (after the user consents to the request). This client is installed automatically by the ServiceScaler Agent but can be installed separately if requested by an engineer.
