Microsoft Bookings

Are you using Microsoft Bookings as part of your Microsoft (Office) 365 subscription?

If not, you’re missing out!

One of the best technologies ever created (in our opinion) was the ability to book things online, based on availability, and have it automatically scheduled. It is so much better than calling somewhere, spending ten minutes reciting each of our availabilities and finding some time that overlaps.

Better still, I can book it at any time of the day without being constrained by business hours!

If you’re not using it yet, or don’t have it set up, or don’t even know if you WANT it set up, feel free to reach out to the team and I at ServiceScaler and we’d be more than happy to run you through it.

TRANSCRIPT

Hi guys, Rob here from ServiceScaler in today’s video I’d like to talk to you about Microsoft Bookings. Microsoft Bookings is a tool as part of the Office 365 or Microsoft 365 technology stack that enables users external to your business to be able to book and schedule times with people inside your business. Why this is advantageous is that it means if I want to book a time with a practitioner or an intake officer or a client services officer that sits within your business. It means that I don’t have to call the business and try and get somebody within the business to identify an available time. The Microsoft bookings platform will look at the calendars and the availability of people who sit within your business and only make available the time that they are available so that somebody can book in a meeting with them. This could be done 24 hours a day, on weekends or whenever someone happens to be browsing your say website or has identified that you may be an appropriate fit for their requirements. If you’ve not seen Microsoft Bookings or you would like a demonstration on Microsoft Bookings or you need some assistance setting up Microsoft Bookings, feel free to reach out to the team and I at ServiceScaler, we’re more than happy to help or more than happy to to run you through a demo of how that works and what it looks like. The only thing that you need to be able to have Microsoft Bookings is a current subscription or a tenancy with Microsoft 365 so Office 365 or Microsoft 365, it comes included as part of business standard and business premium, but it can be added on if you have a lower tier of licensing as well for $12.50 per user per month. So yeah, feel free to reach out to us, and we’re more than happy to help you out and get you set up with Microsoft Bookings. Cheers.
