Online law firm?
Like it or loathe it, you have just become an online service provider by only working with your clients over the internet.
With that in mind, it might be time to consider how online businesses work, and how you can align your processes to that to both attract and retain clients through this challenging time.
Indications are it will be this way for months to come, so best get ready!
I’ll be posting an article on how to do it later today, so watch this space.

Hi guys, Rob here from ServiceScaler In today’s video, I’m going to talk to you about why video conferencing, which has been a hot topic over the last week, is only the start of the journey not the end of the journey with working from home. With everybody being forced to work from home, and not from our physical office locations, we have, overnight, all become an online business. Online businesses operate very differently to traditional bricks-and-mortar businesses. Online businesses are highly transactional, they’re very accessible, and the relationship that they build with their customers and with their audience, is done through completely digital mechanisms where they don’t even have to have a conversation with their prospective clients to make a sale. What I’m expecting over the course of the pandemic, with everybody working from home is that Professional Service firms are going to need to move to business modelling that reflects traditional online business models What I mean by this is the way that you attract and retain your clients, and transact with your clients is going to have to change, across the short to medium term, until we’re all allowed back into our bricks and mortar offices again. Something to consider in all of this, is now that everybody is an online business firms across the country are now 100% accessible to your market and to your audience, and to your existing customers. The challenge with this is that if you’re a traditional bricks-and-mortar firm who has just moved to video-conferencing and believe that this is going to be the thing that will help you keep and attract and retain your clients throughout the course of the pandemic is that these clients now have the ability to go and engage the services of any law firm in the country. Whether or not they get the same degree of service is yet to be seen, but I suspect that those firms who are fairly early adopters of online business modeling are going to thrive and attract and retain lots of clients throughout this work from home period If you’d like some help getting your business set up or getting transitioned to something that resembles more of an online business for your Law Firm reach out to me. It is something that that I can help with and it is something that we do here at ServiceScaler. I’d love to hear from you. DM, or contact info in my profile. Cheers.
