Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes
Is it time to turn and face the strange?
We certainly think so, and we also believe that there’s never been a better time to do so, as discussed in our most recent video on changes!
The pandemic situation has created this oddly conceived window of time where we are in a mode of change and development already, and we think you should take the opportunity to capitalise on it while you have the time to prepare for the future.
As always, we are here to help, and we’d be more than happy to have both complimentary and confidential discussions with anyone who is considering taking this opportunity to change.

Hi, everyone Rob here from ServiceScaler In today’s video, I’d like to talk to you about changes Most businesses over the last few weeks have undergone a series of changes. We’ve all moved to working remotely and working from home and we’ve had to implement and change our technology and our processes to continue to provide the services to our clients that we had done traditionally Interestingly, when I speak to most people who have had to change their business model to working remotely most of them are saying they haven’t had to change what they do, but merely how they do it. What this has meant is that that change to working from home or working remotely has happened a little more easily and seamlessly than I think they had predicted it might What does this mean? Well, the question that I would like to ask you is, is now the time to stop making changes or continue making changes to improve your business for the future Personally, I think it’s a great time to continue making changes. It’s a good time to review what you have internally, what you thought that you knew you needed internally within your business and review that and see if there’s opportunity to trim some of the waste, those things that you thought you needed that maybe now that you work remotely you’ve realized that you don’t. It’s also good time to start implementing some further changes within the business. Unfortunately with the pandemic situation, many businesses are experiencing a downturn. There is a decrease in demand for their products and services and what this is meant for them is that they have time available to be able to undertake some projects and implement some changes, it gives them the opportunity to train and engage staff so that they can execute those projects and changes, in preparation not necessarily for now, but bolstering their resources and their internal systems in preparation for the future. If you are looking to make some technological changes in your business and you’re looking for some consultancy, some expertise, I’m here, I’m available, and I’m more than happy to help. Contact me either via DM on LinkedIn or contact info in my profile. Cheers.
