ServiceScaler now offers Papercut MF and Cilantro IO
ServiceScaler can now sell and support both the Papercut MF, and Cilantro IO software applications for legal practices and law firms.
Papercut MF was historically a print management application, focussed on controlling and managing print costs and expenditure by applying a price to print jobs to provide users with visibility over the expense of printing, and implement control functions to avoid overuse of printing devices.
More recently, this has been expanded to capturing costs for all functions of a multi-function printing device, including print/copy/fax/scan, and applying a price to these costs for charge back.
This could have been an appropriate solution for solicitors seeking to capture and cost recover disbursements to their clients, but it required manual application to the matter in their practice management software.
This is where Cilantro IO fits in, and why it has been added to our product portfolio in conjunction with Papercut MF.
